Our property stretches across 6 hectares subdivided in various properties/ farms not to far from one another.
With time we have privileged olive groves to vineyards. Asca result today we produce an extraordinary extra virgin olive oil, characterised by a golden colour and a perfume rich in Mediterranean bush shrub notes. It’s an excellent quality product the only one to be recognised of an IGP label and by the Tuscan consortium on the entire island.
A few years ago driven by memories and passion we began cultivating and producing a prestigious durum grain flour: Senatore Cappelli.
